What is this file? I found it quite by accident when I was playing with history file sorting. It's creation date is July 6, much earlier than the alias and history files that get updated in each TCC session.

I was happy to find that this file contained nearly every command I can recall having used - and unsorted.

Probably SHRALIAS. If it's a Unicode file, more probably SHRALIAS.

SHRALIAS creates it if you have a SHRALIAS_SAVE_PATH environment variable set.
