Install TCMDebug license with no internet connectivity

How do I license a machine which has no internet connectivity? I have tried the following:

1. From Registration box click Request Manual Key
2. This opens internet explorer - copy and paste the address to a machine with internet connectivity
   (https://quicklicensemanager.com/jpsoft/qlmasplicensesite/qlmwebactivation.aspx?is_avkey=<<ACTIVATION KEY>>&is_pcid=HIS2262)
3. I get a message on the other machine saying:
   "You have successfully activated your license key. Copy the generated Computer Key above and enter it in the corresponding field in the License Wizard."
   There is nowhere on Registration dialog to enter that Computer Key
   
   
   
   
   
   I also then tried:
   1. On Registration web page - tick Generate license file and click Activate
   2. This downloads a file LicenseFile.xml
   3. Copy the downloaded file into the folder C:\Program Files\JPSoft\TCMD33 on the VM
   4. Starting CMDebug still asks me to register

On a machine that does have internet connectivity, you need to request the manual key. You then take that key and enter it on the machine without internet connectivity. (Or you can copy the key to the appropriate field in the CMDebug.33.key file.)
