Hi,

I just bought the update from v23 to v24 and downloaded TC 24.02 Build 47 (Take Command v24 (combined 32/64-bit installer) )

It always brings me a failure (not enough rights...) and even the explorer needs minutes to open the properties of the file. All previous versions of the installer work fine (see attached file of my directory)

yes, I downloaded with various other browsers. (with or without download manager) Yes , I started it with elevated rights.

All the same result - it just won´t install. Must be something with your EXE

P.S.: using Windows 10 1809
P.P.S.: fixed it installing on a different PC running the Win10 1903 (Insider Preview) and copying it over ... weird

Anyway the installed product claims to be Version 25.00.1

Greetings, Stefan

File information see attached file (although in german you find the necessary information), I downloaded the installer just 1 hour before from your website. So unless you didn´t update your website recently it makes no sense redownloading it as I will probably get the same version.

The files on the web site were updated this morning (after you downloaded) to 24.02.48, so I recommend you uninstall the bad version and download 24.02.48.

I´m sorry but there is no Build 48 in the download section.... see screenshot from a minute ago

correction: I downloaded the current file and it says Build 48, you just did not update the description

Instead of manually downloading a version, what happens if you run the program "updater.exe" from your existing TCMD installation?

The idea was to use it from the previously installed version, in the assumption that it would skip any non-authorized updates, and install the official one only.

yes, I understand. I now have the correct version installed and don´t want to test anything else right now anymore.
Anyway I doubt that it would change anything considering the fact that Rex has already exchanged the files for the current download (although the label is still false)
