Installer /extract: extracts into current directory if target not exists

It's good that the archive contents is in a subdirectory, but there's at least one other file temporarily extracted outside it.
Installer should either create the target directory, or warn about its absence, IMO.

Well, first, the installer (& extractor), is not my app. And second, I definitely do *not* support that kind of installation (nor do I want to encourage it in any way!).
