installing .EXE to %programfiles% on vista?

I am helping someone to cleanup their vista computer and wondered how to install a standalone - non-installable .EXE to the %programfiles% folder please.

An example is basically how to put CCEnhancer.exe to %ProgramFiles%\CCEnhancer\CCEnhancer.exe .

You mean other than just manually copying it there?

If you want to do this with a batch file, the batch file must be executed with the "run as Administrator" privilege (assuming UAC is enabled). Otherwise you'll get an "access denied."

I can do a BAT file but was looking for a simplier way....
