Done ISO 8601

Hi Rex,

there are still mentions of a ISO 9601 in the help files. It's ISO 8601
as you can easily verify via Wikipedia or the ISO org.

The only place where "9601" appears in 9.02.152 is in an index entry,
which has been corrected for the next build.
