You can also use them in Take Command v28 or later, or in a regular console window. My Palette plugin supports .itermcolors files.

In fact, you can read them directly from that site, if you know the address for the raw file. The "Raw" button in the file viewer takes you there:

palette /r="https://raw.githubusercontent.com/mbadolato/iTerm2-Color-Schemes/master/schemes/Batman.itermcolors"
