Email notification works very poorly. Can you do something about that?

Have you reverted to processing mail at 10 minute intervals?

Can you say precisely what online activity it takes to get the mail to be
processed?

If only it were 10 minutes;-). Some mails I've sent during the last few
days took hours. I don't mind a few minutes or even the odd half hour
but such delays are bordering on the ridiculous.

It seems the old nntp-based access was a helluva headache for JPSoft...
but this new forum stuff is not entirely satisfying either. Well, my 2c.
