I'm at the process of changing some of my PC names (mainly as I'm installing Windows 8), and as far as I can tell, registration is done with the PC name (I changed my work PC's name and Take Command asked for registration). For now this won't be a problem (I will use TCCLE on the Windows 7 installation), but I am going to change the computer name on my home PC (actually, I will give the old one away, probably after formatting), so apparently I'm going to have a problem.

1. How can I check which computers I have used the registration key on?
2. How can I remove one of those to add a new one?
3. According to the license, I can use each "individual copy" up to three computers (home, work and laptop)? Does this still apply?

1) Email us directly at [email protected], and we can check the registration server and tell you which machines you have activated.
2) Tell us which one(s) you want to remove.
3) Yes.

Good morning,
I works in Alitalia and we bought 5 license for Take Command version 12.11.
Now I need to install in a pc to try a program but i haven't a license anymore.
How can I check which computers I have used the registration keys ?
I would like to remove one of those to add a new one. How can i remove ?

Hi Massimo:

I can't find anything on the registration server under Alitalia or your name. Please send your activation key to [email protected] so I can retrieve the information. I'll then email you the computers registered with that key, and you can tell me which one(s) you want to unregister.
