Linux curses (full screen) crashes TC

Hello,

I am running TC v18.00.31 x64
I am running Windows 7 x64 Pro with latest patches.
I have 16GB memory and Intel i5.

I currently have (at least) 7 tabs open on each instance of TC and I have at
least 7 or 8 instances running (in virtual windows).

I am running AltDesk Virtual windows manager V1.9.1. with 8 Virtual windows.
I am running a desktop with 3 monitors.

Now, you might think that that is a lot of desktop space but it is not.
We are a very busy shop.

So, this is my problem. On each TC tab, I run: "C:\cygwin64\bin\bash.exe --login"
So, (using ssh) I am logged in to many linux machines. All CentOS 6.5 and 7.x.
Once in a while, when I am in a linux session, and when I try to start VIM or screen,
TC crashes. I have tried to pinpoint the circumstances but I am running
out of ideas.

This is a curses issue I think.

The TERM environment variable is: cygwin

Any help would be appreciated.

If Take Command (or TCC) is crashing, you will get an exception log file (TCMD.exception.log or TCC.exception.log), in either the installation directory (depending on the privileges that are set) or in "c:\programdata\jp software\take command x64 18.0". If you have that file, please send it to [email protected].

If a third party app is injecting a dll into TCMD or TCC and the crash is occurring in that dll, you probably won't get an exception log.
