Minor installer quirk

I notice that if you turn off the tick box labeled "Start Menu Programs folder", the installer creates a shortcut there anyway. I've seen both the Take Command (full version) and TCC/LE installers do this, under Windows XP SP3.

Of course, it's trivial to delete the unwanted shortcut by hand.

I was thrown by the wording too. I believe that option actually controls whether the product menu is created, not the single shortcut, which is actually in the Start Menu directory as opposed to the Programs directory. There doesn't appear to be a way to control that shortcut.

I was also surprised that unchecking an option, say to put the shortcut in the Quick Launch bar, actually causes the existing one to be deleted.
