Missing post and security error

The "Forums" page says Rex replied to fpefpe's recent post about DST. I can't see any such reply, and I get a security error when I try to reply to that thread. And, the "New" won't go away after I read that thread and reconnect; the thread is highlighted no matter how many times I read it.

P.S., The same thing happened in the T&T\Scripting forum a couple days ago.
