MONITOR commands alter tab title when triggered

When a MONITOR command triggers, the tab title in TCMD changes to "TCC Prompt";
it reverts to what is set with %TITLEPROMPT after I execute a command / hit ENTER in the tab.
TCC 18.00.31 x64 Windows 7 [Version 6.1.7601] (but the issue is older).
