MSVCP140.dll is missing

I just upgraded to TCC 19.10.47 x64 Windows 7 [Version 6.1.7601]. When I start Take Command, I get

CXTPFrameShadowManager::CWtsEventListener: tcmd.exe - System Error
The program can't start because MSVCP140.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

Error loading Scintilla
The Scintilla DLL could not be loaded.​

I downloaded the installer from the website, ran it, chose repair. I still get the error messages when TC starts.

Try it with 19.10.48 (already uploaded).

There was an error during the initial upload process. Download 19.10.48 again and it should work.
