Fixed ... MSVCR120.dll is missing from your system ...

I just installed TCMD x64 v19.1.31.0 on a fresh Windows 8.1 install. When I run it I get two error popups:

1. Title: CXTPFrameShadowManager::CWtsEventListener: tcmd.exe - System Error
   Text: The program can't start because MSVCR120.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.
   
   When I click OK I get the 2nd error:
   
   
2. Title: Error loading Scintilla
   Text: The Scintilla DLL could not be loaded.

When I click OK the TCMD window is displayed.

Edit: I reinstalled TCMD, selecting the repair option. I rebooted. The problem is still there, unchanged.

Edit: VoidTools Everything shows me that MSVCR120.dll exists in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\msvcr120.dll
