Done Multiple monitor options

Detect multiple monitors and allow TCC/TCMD access to this info for startup, activation .... to control which monitor TCC/TCMD starts or "activates" on. Perhaps a tcmd.ini/tcc.ini setting or even a new command.

This sounds like something that is already available, but I haven't found.

TCMD starts where you last left it. And TCC either starts cascaded ("let windows position window" checked) or where you told windows you wanted it ("let windows position window" unchecked). How, when starting either, would you indicate that you wanted some other behavior?

I was thinking more along the lines of a TCC/TCMD startup option like /MONITORno:2 and/or an options setting in tcmd.ini, like Monitor=2.

i dont' see how i can start fortnight maximized on monitor 1 :(
