%+ not surrounded by spaces in examples.btm

    The Help for "+ (pseudovariable)" says, "WARNING: %+ should always be surrounded by spaces", but in the file examples.btm that comes with TC, sometimes there is no space before/after %+.

    Long ago Rex posted a statement that the parser inserts those spaces. The
    warning is obsolete.
