Running windows 10. TCC Help v.21
When I start help, I get the error message:

Error: 'nsrlnit' is undefined.

That's not a TCMD issue, that's a Windows issue. (Windows help is run by Microsoft apps, specifically part of Internet Explorer.)

Do you get that every time starting help, or only on certain pages? And how are you starting help - F1, running TCMD.CHM directly, or ??
