Occasional TCMD 17 crash when starting additional TCC

Running TCMD 17 x64 build 41... sometimes when I click one of my toolbar buttons that starts a new TCC prompt, TCMD will crash and disappear. Fortunately the running console apps can be reattached when I restart TCMD.
