When I go here, or, from JPSoft's home page ... support ... help & support ... help files, I get this.

You can't use the "...?topic" format with the web help. You have to use "jpsoft.com/help/topic.htm".

I didn't make that up. I copied the one from Home\Support\Help&Support\HelpFiles (which is apparently fixed now).
