Could be Russians in eastern Ukraine.

Russians are going to have to work a little harder. This week, I've been averaging 31K daily attacks from Ukraine, 24K from China, and only 11K from Russia.

Don't know why they're all so interested - there's no credit card info & no source code anywhere on the site.
