PRIORITY sans arguments

If you do not enter any arguments, PRIORITY displays all of the active processes, their current priority, the module names, and the window titles (if any).

That's how it worked originally, but PRIORITY's behavior without arguments changed a few versions back. Now it only dumps the current process, i.e. TCC. Would it be possible to restore the original behavior?
