Problem Installing TCMD 15.01.44

When trying to install 32-bit version of TCMD 15.01.44 on Windows8 64-Bit,
The installer says that there's already a version installed and I need to uninstall .43 to install .44

It didn't use to do that

I know it doesn't help you directly Federico, but in case it helps Rex isolate the problem the 64 bit version installed normally without giving that message on windows 7 sp1.

The same here on Win7/32.
