Problem With Tabbed Toolbar

I've been having a number of problems with the tabbed-toolbar. First,
here's my configuration:

> TCC 12.01.44 x64 Windows 7 [Version 6.1.7600]
> TCC Build 44 Windows 7 Build 7600

I've constructed a simple configuration that illustrates the problem.
Here is a toolbar file:

[Toolbar1]
Title=Tab1
B1=257,,Button1,,,esc
B2=257,,Button2,,,esc
B3=257,,Button3,,,esc
B4=257,,Button4,,,esc
B5=257,,Button5,,,esc
[Toolbar2]
Title=Tab 2

When I load that file with the TCTOOLBAR command, the fifth button is
present on the toolbar, but the label is blank.

Does anyone else see this?

I can almost reproduce this (although in my case, the third button is
blank). After some digging, it turns out to be a library bug. I'll have to
poke around a bit to see if I can find a workaround.
