The option /A-D (correctly: /A:-D) specified "find all directory entries without the D attribute regardless of their other attributes", i.e., include entries with the hidden and/or system attributes.

I could not duplicate the issue in TCC 13.04.52 / WinXP SP3.
Regardless, proper syntax is to have all options between the command name and the file names. Usually, but not always, the parser is flexible enough to deal with "afterthoughts". It is best not to make a habit of undocumented features.
