I know this is quite some time ago but I wondered why was there 4NT, Take Command, and TCC included with versions 9 and 10? I RTFM but couldn't find an answer.

4NT.EXE was just a copy of TCC.EXE, because some people were complaining
that they didn't want to change their batch files or aliases to reference
TCC instead of 4NT. By the time v11/12 came out, the 4NT copy wasn't deemed
necessary anymore.
