ReadConsole=Yes

When I put "ReadConsole=Yes" into my TCMD.INI and start a new TCC (no plugins), I see a never-ending succession of ^Cs.
Code:
v:\> ^C
v:\> ^C
v:\> ^C
v:\> ^C
v:\> ^C
v:\> ^C
v:\> ^C
v:\> ^C
v:\> ^C
v:\> ^C
v:\> ^C
v:\> ^C

Win7 x86 bug (works in Win 10 x86 & x64).

I might be able to come up with a workaround if it's worth the effort. Why are you using ReadConsole?
I had never tried it and was hoping if might fix the slowness and build-up of input that I mentioned in another thread.

ReadConsole is a lot slower than the default TCC input. It has no advantages at all unless if you've got a few thousand clink aliases and you don't want to convert them.
Regarding ReadConsole, What's New mentions "like CMD". Since CMD doesn't have those problems, I thought I'd try it.
