There does not seem to be a way to rename a Take Command tab from the command line.
This could be a useful enhancement to the START command since it already has /TAB for starting a program in a new tab.
This does not let you set a title for the new tab, it will be named whatever the started console program (not necessarily TCC) sets its title to. So instead you are forced to rename the new tab manually via Tabs - Rename Tab after it is created.
Maybe /TABTITLE <title> or similar could be added to START?
