TCC 12.01.44 Windows Vista [Version 6.0.6002]
TCC Build 44 Windows Vista Build 6002 Service Pack 2

I normally have all three windows (List View, Folders, Command Input) set to
auto hide. I clicked the List View window in TCMD and then right clicked a
file. Injected into the TCC tab that was active was "start request" three
times. Each right-click of a file injects more of them into the TCC tab.
Sometimes clicking would inject "signaling finishcondition"

It's not TCMD; that text doesn't appear anywhere in the source. Apparently something else in your system is hooking the mouse. (Or you have something like an "ON RBUTTON ..." running?)

It looks like Sugar Sync may be doing it. At least, ffind reports that text string in the SugarSyncShellExt.dll file.
