SCRPUT with /c or /u

In both v23 & v24 I am getting usage errors with the scrput /c or /u switches.

v24.00.22_$scrput 5 0 /u blue on yellow Testing
Usage : SCRPUT row col [/C /U] [BRIght] fg ON BRIght] bg text

Usage error, also with /c

v24.00.22_$scrput 5 0 /c blue on yellow Testing
Usage : SCRPUT row col [/C /U] [BRIght] fg ON BRIght] bg tex

Without the /c or /u SCRPUT works as expected.
Perhaps I am misusing these switches.

They work better if they are before the row and col.

Vince is right (and the help is misleading) - /C and /U have to be the first argument. Otherwise SCRPUT wouldn't be able to print a /C or /U in the text.
