Select and run lines from Command Input panel?

Is it possible to, for example, paste three lines into the Command Input panel, then select two of them and run them -- similar to SQL Server Management Studio, PowerShell, R, etc?

Not sure what you're trying to do here -- you can certainly paste multiple lines into the Command Input window, and then execute them individually by moving the cursor to that line. (But you can't select multiple lines and execute all of them at once.)
