Sending keystrokes and activations to Take Command tab windows

How can keystrokes, activations, window messages, etc., be sent te console windows attached to the Take Command GUI. I have programs that rely on being able to activate console windows, send keystrokes to those windows, etc. Are these attached windows subwindows of the main window?

The same way you'd send them if the consoles were stand-alone windows. The easiest way is by the console window title, which will normally be the tab title (unless you've locked the tab title).

The console windows are not subwindows, they're just hidden.
