SETARRAY - /F not honored with /R

v:\> setarray /f /r savedcommands.txt a

v:\> setarray /f /r savedcommands.txt a
TCC: Array variable is already defined "a"

And (don't know what's intended here) if /F follows /R it's taken to be the array name.

v:\> setarray /r savedcommands.txt /f a

v:\> echo %@arrayinfo[/f,1]
65

v:\> setarray /r savedcommands.txt /f a
TCC: Array variable is already defined "/f"
