Fixed Setting TITLEPROMPT breaks ESET

Setting TITLEPROMPT (doesn't seem to matter what the value is) breaks the ESET command. ESET shows junk rather than actual environment variable value (affects all variables, not just PATH as shown in screen shot example). Unsetting TITLEPROMPT fixes ESET.

It's the same here.

It doesn't have anything to do with TITLEPROMPT; it's a sporadic bug in ESET (TCC/LE only, not TCC). It's been fixed in 14.00.6.
