Declined SHORTCUT enhancement

When the link creates is one for a text-mode program, e.g., TCC.EXE, it
would be very convenient to be able to specify the shortcut parameters
accessible via "Properties" option of the "system menu" of the program
executed by the shortcut, esp. the font and layout tabs.

Impossible; there is no documented Windows API to set those properties.
