SIFT - desired improvements

1/ Desired: @SIFT function, returning a date@time combination which can be directly used in a /[d%@sift[...]] form in a COPY command to permit downloading only files LATER than the youngest file previously downloaded from an FTP site.

2/ /nj option - exclude junctions/directory symbolic links

should give you a range-compatible stamp format.
