Does anybody else see weird stuff when trying to start TCC in a new tab with START /TAB ?

I stumbled across this last night. When I looked at it today, I discovered that the Ipworks developers (there's a new set of IPWorks dll's in the last couple of builds) had created a new hidden parent window in the TCC console session that was confusing the code in Take Command looking for the handle to the newly created console window. (There are now 2 parent windows, and TCC didn't know which one was the "real" one.)
