WAD STARTing WUP apps

The start command does not effect the /MIN or /MAX options for Windows Universal Platform apps. Also, the ownership of these apps is handled differently; apps are closed when the console that started them closes. No info on this subject in the Help.

What are your thoughts and plans for this new type of application?

Not a bug -- Microsoft hasn't extended the CreateProcess API yet to support those options for Windows Universal Platform apps.

When Windows adds API support, then TCC will incorporate that.
