WAD STARTing WUP apps

The start command does not effect the /MIN or /MAX options for Windows Universal Platform apps. Also, the ownership of these apps is handled differently; apps are closed when the console that started them closes. No info on this subject in the Help.

What are your thoughts and plans for this new type of application?
