Done Suggestion: Add VIEW option to open in same position as current window

VIEW should have a command-line option to make the VIEW window have the same size and position as the TCC console window or Take Command tab that launches VIEW. This would duplicate an advantage that LIST currently has, i.e., the fact that it doesn't obscure other windows when it displays the file. Note that this is different from the /W option since the latter prevents you from moving the VIEW window and doesn't let you view a different Take Command tab unless you close the VIEW window.
