HELP WHATSNEW says that the maximum number of startup tabs has been increased to 20; it looks like 32 here. (What's that software "law" suggesting that arbitrary limits should be made powers of 2, rather than multiples of 10?)

TASKBAR LOCK - this is actually a toggle.

KEYSTACK - help file still includes the ! option, which AFAIK has been a no-op since v10
