News Take Command 17.00.37 Public Beta Uploaded

I have uploaded Take Command 17.0 build 37. Documentation updates, minor fixes in the ftp code, and some reworking of the @SERIALxxx functions. If you have serial ports & serial devices, give the functions a try and let me know if you see any problems.
