I've uploaded v18 build 17 to the web site.
There is one significant change - the registration key is now saved to a file instead of the registry. (It will continue to read existing registrations from the registry, so you don't have to re-register.) Microsoft & some system admins have been making it increasingly difficult to write to the registry in non-elevated sessions, so I'm not going to try anymore. (So much for Microsoft insisting a few years ago that all apps had to write their config info to the registry and not .ini files ...)
Build 17 also has moved the default location for TCMD.INI and the log files to %programdata% instead of %localdata%. (Since XP support has been dropped, there's no reason to continue to use %localdata%.)
