I'm sorry if this is a stupid question, but I just paid for my extended support. Usually I get the key when a new version is announced/released. I have not received a key for v33. Will I be receiving a key for v33?

We sent your v33 key back on September 14th. I just resent it; let me know if you didn't receive it.

Well, I'm back. Never got the version 34 key. I emailed [email protected], never got a reply. I wish I could figure out what is going on. Is there any bounceback message that I could send to my email provider to troubleshoot this?

Your server is still bouncing every email from jpsoft.com. (Not all gmail accounts -- just yours!)

I have resent the key from my gmail account; hopefully gmail won't block mail from gmail ...

I got an email regarding this post to my gmail account, the key was in the spam folder at my mail.com account.

I have been unable to receive multiple emails from multiple senders across multiple accounts have not been able to get anywhere. My mail provider mail.com is demanding that I provide them with bounce back messages. How exactly they expect that I obtain this if I can't get emails from the sender is beyond me. Ridiculous to pay for mail service and have email blocked like this.
