Take Command / TCMD/LE / TCC/LE 10.0 build 76 uploaded

I've uploaded 10.0.76 to the web and ftp sites.

Build 76:

DETACH - added a workaround for a Windows 7 bug which (sometimes)
affected the command after the DETACH.

LIST - fixed a problem with line numbers when printing a file.

Build 75:

RD /s - fixed a problem with not always displaying an error on a
sharing violation.

Build 74:
---------
Take Command - fixed a Logitech mouse bug exposed by the fix for a Microsoft mouse bug in build 73.

TCC - fixed a Sandboxie startup bug that caused TCC to continually start new copies of TCC.

MSGBOX - fixed a problem with /H.

Build 73:

Fixed a problem with mouse wheel scrolling in Take Command with high-
resolution mice that return nonstandard values.

Build 72:
---------
COPY - fixed an erratic problem with /UF.

Take Command - fixed a problem with the initialization dialog erroneously
saving startup tab entries with empty command fields.

Fixed a problem with ooREXX redirection. (ooREXX isn't writing to STDOUT.)
