I've uploaded build 62 to the web and ftp sites.
Build 12.10.62:
--------------
Added workarounds for some bugs in the Windows Installer dialogs when installing on non-English systems.
TCMD - Added a workaround for a Windows API bug that on rare occasions could return a value outside 0-100% for the CPU usage on the status bar.
@EVAL - Fixed the return value with the (useless) "SHR 0" and "SHL 0" syntax.
Build 12.10.61
--------------
IF / IFF - Fixed a crash if you tried to compare variables > 4K characters in length (but why would you?).
Build 12.10.60:
--------------
<?xml:namespace prefix = o />TCMD / TCC - Will now display "Administrator:" on the title bar if the process is run as an administrator and no other title is defined.
Fixed a problem with directory wildcards in the root, and another one when you have more than 4,095 matching directories.
BDEBUGGER - Fixed a problem with not restoring breakpoints when returning from a CALL'd batch file.
BDEBUGGER - Fixed a problem when using crazy pathnames with embedded %'s.
FFIND / LIST - Added experimental UTF8 support. Because it is not possible to determine 100% of the time if a file is UTF8, you must use the new "/8" option if you want to search or display UTF8 files.
_ADMIN - Microsoft changed the API in Windows 7, effectively rendering it useless. So _ADMIN has been changed to return 1 if the current user is in the local admin group. (Previously it returned 1 for the current process.)
Help file updates.
Build 12.10.59
--------------
SFTP - Fixed a problem in the ipworksssh8.dll with filenames > 100 characters.
UNSETARRAY - Fixed an (old) bug when doing an UNSETARRAY * after you've already previously deleted all of the array variables.
UNZIP - Fixed a problem when specifying a target path without /D.
Help file updates.

Build 12.10.58
-------------

DIR / PDIR - Fixed an erratic crash when reading very large description files.
FFIND / LIST - Fixed a (long-standing but rare) edge condition when loading very large files.
