I've uploaded build 47 to the ftp beta and web autoupdate sites.

This build loads slightly faster, and includes some help and resource updates.

I just downloaded and installed this version, and it reports that it is build 46. The TCMD.EXE file is different from the one for build 46.

Not reproducible here -- from where did you download it, and how did you install it?

I downloaded it from the beta area on the FTP site, and I installed it by running tcmd.exe. I'll try it again and see what happens.

Why didn't you use the autoupdater?

I never use the autoupdater. I have a script that downloads the file from the FTP site and then runs it to do the installation. I can then use the same file to do the installation on my other licensed machines.

Am I missing some advantage of using the autoupdater?
