Take Command v10 beta build 33 uploaded

I've uploaded build 33 of the v10 public beta to:

ftp://jpsoft.com/beta/tcmd.exe

This has updated help, a fix for a problem when the user erroneously enters "TCMD.EXE" as the COMSPEC name in TCMD, and adds support for dragging filenames into the List View window. Also removed some debugging code & fixed a couple of minor issues that nobody had ever seen.

I'm seeing odd things using the web interface -- blank pages, "database error" pages, timeouts. I think the forum may be a little wibbly.

Last few days the NG access by email became like finding a winning lottery ticket...

My last message, posted via the browser, has not made it to my mail server in 25 min.
Despite all its faults, the old sparklist service never had such delays, nor so many lost posts. BTW, I had most of my posts made by email delivered to my mail server, so this is not an issue of settings.

It's pretty screwed up. In the last two days I've received about half the
posts.
