Because you're looking at a cached (old) copy of the page, either from your browser or your ISP. Try doing a ctrl-reload on the page.

It says "Build 40" here too and I don't think I've been to that page since long before build 40. It also says "Build 40" when viewed from my computer at work and I doubt I have ever visited that page from that computer.
