WAD TASKBAR options LogOff and ShutDown do not display a dialog

Instead, they execute straight away.
This bug exists in version 17 too.

WAD - the help is wrong, not TASKBAR.

I tried several of the TASKBAR options. Two that didn't work (i.e., did nothing) are "printers" and "control". My start menu includes the "Devices and Printers" button (which has no customizations). It also includes the "Control Panel" button which is set to "display as menu" so maybe it's no surprise that one didn't work. But what about "printers"?
