rconn Administrator May 13,074 195 Staff member Oct 28, 2021 #2 I made a change for the next build to allow both /R and /Z. However, I can't think of any reason why you would want to do that -- /R already shows the parent PID (by pointing back to it).

Charles Dye Super Moderator May 4,972 128 Staff member Oct 28, 2021 #3 Yeah, it's useless. Except maybe for the root process. I report it only because it leaves TCC unusable. Hey, there's an idea: TASKLIST /R /Z could report the parent only for the root process, not its descendants.

P.S., At least last night it did. Today, it stops outputting but leaves TCC unusable ... then after a minute or two TCC just disappears. P.P.S., Actually, whether TCC returns to a prompt is kinda random
